- Attracting Experts and Academics of Nigerian origin in the Diaspora to work in collaboration with our colleagues in Nigeria.
- To encourage temporary relocation to Nigeria
- To encourage healthy movements of scholars
- To encourage experts in Industry to participate in teaching & research.
